Just as a reminder, the library is also open to parents! You can have a library card to check out books from our library. We have great books in both English and Chinese, including a growing section of Chinese books for adults! Come read with us!
I am a voracious reader! Why? I believe it is because of my mother. As a child, my mother told me she would buy any book I wanted, as long as I read it! I would encourage parents to buy books for their children, both English and Chinese! Stick close to my mother’s rule and only buy books your children want to read! Then, you will grow a reader!

It’s time to think about summer homework – Need some help? The library has your answer! We have a summer homework flyer you can order homework for your student and help the Wahaha Schools library at the same time! You can stop in the library and pick one up. Order deadline is April 30. Remember what my mother said – only buy it if your child will read it. That’s what makes a good reader!
