In grades 4 and 5, students learned about and researched the five themes of geography-
- Location: what is the absolute and relative location?
- Region: Students looked at what climate region their country belonged to.
- Movement: Why did people move to or away from this place?
- Human-Environment Interaction: How have humans changed this place for better or for worse?
- Place: Physical features (mountains, rivers, etc) and human features(famous building, landmarks, etc. ) of this place?
