On March 26, 2019, both second grade classes attended the Hangzhou Public Library Environmental Protection Branch. This learning opportunity beyond the classroom supported the theme My Country part of WIS Chinese Culture Curriculum. They had hands on experience seeing how environmentally citizens are recycling as well as sorting materials for reuse to reduce waste.
