For students in grades 6-9, technology class has focused on understanding how computers process and execute instructions. After exploring the history of computers and their different uses through the years, students have been taking a hands-on approach to develop their skills in communicating and giving instructions to computers. From traditional “Hello World!” scripts to animated characters and games, they have used the tools provided by the Tynker platform to become comfortable with block programming and algorithm design.
